If doing a alcohol detox is 10mg of Diazepam = 20mg Librium ?
I have done alcohol detox before using prescribed Librium am now having another go using Diazepam 10mg and am not sure if 10mg diazepam=20mg Librium -( ie diazepam is stronger) – if it is then I need to half the dosage over a 10 day withdrawing period,which has worked before if its the other way round,and Librium 20mg is less than 10mg diazepam then I should double the diazepam -can anyone clue me in about 20mg Librium/10mg Diazepam in this dettox situation ?
